Job description:

  • Contribute to the definition of short and long-term Commercial strategies
  • Ad hoc contribution to strategic cross functional projects 
  • Support targets setting and sales quotas definition for the Commercial Business unit
  • Support the central commercial team in annual/quarterly planning, including customer segmentation, headcount management, account ownership, account planning.

Requirements:

  • M.Sc. in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering 
  • 5 years working experience in relevant fast-paced sales organization 
  • Relevant experience within Business strategy or a related field
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and re-prioritise as scope and timelines change
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands
  • A creative thinker who can bring innovative ideas
  • Self-motivated, organised, detail-oriented, and resourceful
  • Solution oriented and analytical
